1. About the platform
FastMust is a directory of stays, transfers and tours with direct contact details for independent providers. You make arrangements directly with the provider. FastMust does not supply the listed services, is not a party to the service contract, does not collect service payments and does not charge a booking commission. A listing does not mean licences have been verified or guarantee service quality or availability.
2. Accounts and listings
When registering and publishing, you expressly accept these Terms and confirm the necessary authority. Provide accurate information, keep listings up to date and protect your account. Unlawful services, deception, forgeries, infringement of others’ rights, spam and bypassing restrictions are prohibited. Your materials remain yours; you authorise FastMust to store, technically adapt and display them only to operate the platform.
3. Provider obligations
The provider confirms that they are authorised to offer and provide services in every country where they are offered or provided, comply with applicable laws and safety requirements, and hold and maintain all required licences, permits, registrations, qualifications and insurance.
For stays, this includes lawful authority to offer the property and its safety; for transfers, the appropriate driving licence, transport authorisations, registration, compulsory insurance and inspections, and roadworthiness; for tours, the required licences, qualifications and permits. The provider is also responsible for anyone they engage. They must supply necessary documents on a justified request. If they cease to comply, they must immediately stop offering the service, hide the listing and notify FastMust.
4. Prices and arrangements
The ≈ symbol indicates a typical price for guidance: per night for stays, per hour for transfers and per tour for tours. The parties agree the final amount, service contents, taxes, extras, payment and cancellation terms in advance. The provider is responsible for accurate offers, service delivery and refunds required by law or contract.
5. Violations and restrictions
Report violations to support@fastmust.com. We review reports promptly and objectively. Where there are reasonable indications of a violation or safety risk, we may request documents, hide or remove a listing, and suspend or prohibit service listings or account access. We remove or block confirmed unlawful offers without undue delay.
Measures are proportionate to the circumstances. We explain the reason and how to seek review unless disclosure is prohibited by law. We observe mandatory notice periods; urgent action without prior notice is taken where legally permitted. To request a review, contact support. Legal remedies remain available.
6. Liability and changes
Providers are responsible for their services. To the extent permitted by law, FastMust is not liable for their actions or transactions with customers unless liability results from FastMust’s own breach. These Terms do not exclude the platform’s mandatory liability or consumer rights, including in cases of death or personal injury.
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. You may request account deletion through support; existing obligations remain. We give advance notice of material changes to these Terms and obtain renewed acceptance where required by law. Changes do not apply retrospectively.
