Data we use
FastMust processes information you provide when registering, completing your profile, publishing listings and contacting support. This includes your email, account details, chosen contacts, descriptions, photos and enquiries. Operating and securing the site may involve your IP address, device and browser information, technical events and cookies. We record acceptance of the Terms and the provider declaration, including the time of acceptance.
Why we need it
Account and listing information is needed to perform our agreement with you; enquiries are used to provide support. We use reports and technical records for security, abuse prevention and protection of legitimate interests where permitted by law. Some processing is needed to comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required, we request it separately. Without required information, the relevant features may be unavailable.
What others can see
Listings, photos, the provider’s name or business name and chosen public contacts are visible to visitors and may appear in search engines. Your registration email is not automatically published. Do not add information you want to keep private to public fields.
Who can access data
Authorised staff and providers of hosting, technical and email services needed to operate the site receive access within the scope of their tasks. Necessary information may be disclosed to competent authorities on a lawful basis. When you contact a provider directly or use an external messenger, the relevant recipient’s data rules also apply.
Retention and protection
Account and listing information is kept while needed for the account and publication. After deletion, only records needed to comply with the law, protect rights or prevent abuse are retained. Enquiries and technical records are deleted or anonymised when their justified retention period ends. We restrict access and apply safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email support@fastmust.com. Identity verification may be necessary to protect your data. We respond within the period required by law. You may also contact the competent data protection authority or a court.
We give advance notice of material changes to this policy. The policy explains data processing and is not itself consent to it.
